I always work to my clients budget and offer group personal training sessions for those wanting to split the cost or for those who wish to work out with friends but do not want to go to a busy class. The benefit of these sessions are enormous as you receive specialized personal treatment, the cost is far lower, you are also there to motivate each other and laugh your way through the blood, sweat and tears!!! (only joking on the last part!)
Besides being a Personal Trainer and Fitness class instructor I specialize in sports massage, sports therapy and relaxation massage. A must for any tired, stressed or hard working body!
